Came in for the icecream taco, was told they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have enough staff and to come back at 4pm and they could. I came back and was looked at like I was crazy, and told no again that they couldn’t. Few weeks later I came again and now they no longer have it at all.
Greeted by a worker with AirPods in( wouldn’t be a problem if she didn’t have to ask me again what I wanted). Half ass making of my ice cream. When I tried to use a gift card on my phone she tried scanning once and said “not found” and nothing more was done to try to get it to work. And to add to it I can’t even throw away my trash because someone neglects to change the outside trash out. Good ice cream, mid service
The app does not work I was going to do a $70 dollar order and could not get the app to work. I love this place but my family will have to find a new place
Awful!! Paid for a gotta have it and it ended up being a love it. You could clearly see the difference compared to all the others. Consistency is definitely needed at the Springtown Ohio location. Don’t recommend this location to anyone bringing the family here. The boy that made it didn’t have very good customer service either. He was laughing when the girl that made all the others mentioned it to him.
The absolute best life cream.I've ever eaten in my life hands down.I'm an ice cream fanatic this place.It's realized not that s***If you leave it sip for 5 minutes.It looks like phone just saying awesome.Very friendly.Customer service out of this world.Highly recommend highly recommend.
