I had a very disappointing experience at this Cold Stone. The employee named Jacob was extremely rude and standoffish from the moment I walked in. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, he acted like serving customers was a burden. His tone was dismissive, and his attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. Cold Stone is usually known for friendly service, but Jacob's behavior was the opposite.
First Cold Stone Experience- Honestly don’t understand all the negative reviews. It’s a Sunday afternoon they’re fairly busy. I was immediately greeted and asked if wanted to try anything. Workers were nice!
Customer service was slow. Employees had no attention to customer. I ordered a cone and mentioned it twice and got a cup. Employees seem bothered. For a business that claims to have a “friendly” environment
Went into the store to buy some ice cream for me. My daughter, we tried to ask the employee questions about certain ice creams. She just sat there and laughed in our faces for me and my daughter trying to get ice cream. You guys are already overpriced for the ice cream. Itself, and then for us to come in there, to get laughed at just because I'm wearing a progressive shirt and she and the others were just laughing. It did not make any sense.
