I went into Coldstone a few days ago for the first time and stepped out of my comfort zone a little bit with the oreo pretzel flavor! A very helpful woman I believe was named Asha let me try a bunch of flavors and didn’t make me feel rushed! I will be coming back!
The store is so cute and clean the ice cream is delicious very creamy and smooth heather was very helpful and nice and friendly very good customer service 10/10
I was a little early this morning. I showed up at 1045 and waited until 11 for the store to open. Once 11 hit, the open sign never lit up nor was there any indication of the story opening. Around 1102 I saw a worker in the store. I figured to give them a bit of grace and allow them to open. At 1106 another worker pulled up and they both were walking around working of some sort.
