I placed an online order at this location. ordered two mediums, received a small and a small container shoved inside a medium container. service was mediocre and unfriendly, extremely disappointed in this location.
Ordered a Love it size on DoorDash. I was given a kids size with the cup put into a larger cup to make it look bigger than it was effectively ripping me off. You clearly realized it was supposed to be in a bigger size why be so lazy?
Two bites of strawberry in an $8 dollar ice cream cone plus an employee who was on the phone the entire time he was helping me. He did take a break from his phone call to let me know which buttons were to tip him….
Something was wrong with their cooler and the ice cream came out as cold soup
Fantastic ice cream. I was served quickly. Employees were prompt and knowledgeable. It even smells good in here, like baking waffle cones! Floor was extremely sticky so that you could hear each step I took, which kind of dampened the experience.
