Custom ice cream and dessert.
This Cold Stone has horrible service and wait time. Last time I got their ice cream, they gave it to me in a cup when I asked for a cone. They also take forever just for one order and are very disorganized at the register and don’t remember what order they just did. Today, they had low staff and the guy working forgot half of the things in my order and took it back to add the ingredients in.
Was the most courteous staff there gave me An extra container for my overflowing pint of ice cream from cold stones(STRAWBERRY OF COURSE)🥰🥰
Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream place so it’s always a good experience when I go. But this time was better. Paul was the one who helped me today. His energy is great! Positive attitude. Held great conversation. More places need employees like him.
