I wanted to share my recent experience at this University Drive location. I visited around 9:00 PM and was quite disappointed to find that there were no waffle bowls or waffle cones available for customers, especially with 3 hours left before closing 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. Given the hour, I would have expected the full menu to be available, especially something as essential as your waffle offerings. I placed an online order and my fiancé picked it up. To my disappointment when he got home my ice cream was nothing but vanilla and a glob of peanut butter. It was supposed to include reese's peanut butter cup and cookie dough. I could've made this easily at home and not paid almost $10 for something I ended up just throwing away.
