The quality of the workers has gone completely Downhill. I had this young man make my milkshake twice because it was 95% milk and 5% ice cream and he still could not get it correctly. The line is literally out the door because that’s how slow they are. Keep in mind we come to this ice cream place at least once a week and now we have to drive 15 minutes extra to go to another location because their staff is complete trash. My husband and I paid $20 for vanilla ice cream even though we order 2 flavors (cookies & cream and cookie dough AND includes extra toppings. We called the store and all they could offer was for us to drive 30 minutes back to the location. Their location isn’t even listed on the Coldstone website to complain or get our money back. Thanks for nothing. Go to another location.
Just pray when you go you don’t have the lady that gets so overwhelmed by five orders that she treats paying patrons like absolute garbage. Imagine her in an actual stressful work environment.
Never get delivery after 7pm, is like a roulette you either have the cone or you don’t have it, and it’s frustrating sometimes since you know the best part of eating ice cream it’s literally the cone, and I’m a current client and I really like the ice cream here but definitely disappointed every time I don’t get the cone…
Great experience today like Little Elm come try it out! And the Reese‘s peanut butter cupcakes, frozen.
