I asked the staff for a specific flavor in pre packed ones and they checked the freezer, confirmed that it was out of stock in the pre-packed quart size. They then made a fresh one for me—but charged $18 instead of $10. It feels unfair, almost like being overcharged and stealing more for something simply because they ran out of the packed ones.
