Can do better The location needs practise better hygiene and presentation. The display case has stains. Allergen cards likely haven’t been wiped in months. Hoping the ice cream in the back is stored kept in cleaner freezers.

I usually order on DoorDash but since I was in the shopping center I came into the location. When I entered someone looked at me and walked straight to the back. After standing around for 3-5 minutes I decided to leave since I can only assume that what they were doing in the back was much more important than serving the customers. Otherwise I love their ice cream. I guess I’ll stick to DoorDash.
I recently picked up the Midnight Delight chocolate cake from Cold Stone Creamery, and unfortunately it didn’t match my expectations. The flavor didn’t really taste like the rich chocolate cake it’s supposed to be. Instead, it had a very different taste—almost like an “Indianized” version of a chocolate cake, with flavors that felt quite different from the classic chocolate profile I was expecting.
The quality of the workers has gone completely Downhill. I had this young man make my milkshake twice because it was 95% milk and 5% ice cream and he still could not get it correctly. The line is literally out the door because that’s how slow they are. Keep in mind we come to this ice cream place at least once a week and now we have to drive 15 minutes extra to go to another location because their staff is complete trash.
