Poor customer service and an extreme lack of urgency. I will not return.
Poor customer service. 5 people behind the counter, 3 busy, and 2 trying to look busy, while I stand there waiting to be served. A sale was lost because the energy is low vibrational in a place that brings people joy. I can’t imagine how much money is being lost in this establishment.
Tried to give me a smaller size by putting a it in a smaller size then putting the cup in the bigger size bowl. Then when I asked them to correct it they argued saying they did nothing wrong. Horrible customer service
Came in and lowkey was scared to even order, the workers acted like they didn’t wanna be there and we were interrupting their conversation. The ice cream is super good so that’s at least a plus, just wish we were more comfortable ordering.
