Guy working there on Oct 7 at 555pm not friendly at all. Didn't even speak just looked at us. After we looked at the ice cream for a second he asked if we were ready. Definitely not the normal Cold stone service. Hiram is better.
Awesome customer service I went with my family Sunday and this short haired Hispanic guy made the experience better.
We visited my mom for 3 weeks and every time we came in the store was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn't see the same person the 3 times we came in, so management picked a good group of people.
Came in on 08/05, Tuesday, customer service wasn’t as friendly, but we tried again today 08/07/25, Thursday at 9ish and the staff was marvelous! we were welcomed by a young lady with blue hair, so kind and we ordered with a beautiful purple and pink hair who made our ice cream, she was so nice!! and then checked out with a straight dark hair guy, he was so kind. 10/10 customer service and we bought four ice creams for like 20 bucks!! the three of them were amazing and funny!
