was serviced by xavier, not only was the staff rude but they gave me frost bite ice cream. when i notified the staff that the ice cream wasn’t up to par, no resolution was done to fix the situation.
Ice cream taste like frost bite a lot like it was melted and put back in freezer ice cream not mixed in well, Horrible customer service to rectifying the issue and the other male in the store was very rude and dropped the scooper on the floor and started to kick the spoon towards the back . On top of all that they were chatting whole time my receipt says Xavier but I’m not sure which one is the rude one ! By the way with all the rudeness i still paid for mines and the other 2 items and threw mines away!! Tonight was horrible... read more
