So disappointed. They advertise lucky charms Ice cream but then put a few lucky charms in a plastic baggie for you to put on top of the ice cream yourself… I selected this option because I’ve had it in the past (and it was mixed in) and LOVED it. The flavor is just completely different of just the ice cream marshmallow mixture. Arrived at 9:45pm on a Wednesday night (1/1) with my 9 yr old son. When we walked in, ALL of the employees yelled across the store to us that they were closed. The yelling in front of the other customers was super degrading and embarrassing to say the least. Very disappointing for my son who was really looking forward to ice cream. This is an excellent Cold Stone location. The service was quite fast, and the staff was nice. I ordered a flavor of ice cream that was mislabeled in the display case, and they were able to go to the back room and find a fresh batch of the flavor for me. Also, the prices here are a bit more reasonably priced than some other locations.
The manager on Sunday afternoon went above and beyond getting me the ice cream cake I had ordered despite the broken freezer that prevented my initial order from freezing. He did everything he could, and more.
