Got a cake for my daughter’s birthday paid almost $80 got a cake with a thin layer of ice cream. If I wanted cake I could have got a sheet cake from Sam’s club for $20. The whole idea of ice cream cake is it’s supposed to have ice cream not a splash of it. I also got charged extra for toppings because I wanted two flavors which was fine except there was no almonds. I ordered from Cold Stone through DoorDash tonight, and when my order arrived, there was a long black/blue hair in my ice cream. I immediately called the store to have the issue resolved since I paid for delivery and didn’t want to drive there. To my surprise, I was told I could either come in person or receive a gift card. Why would I want to eat at a place that already put hair in my food? I followed their instructions and emailed a picture of the issue. If I could give this location a 0 I would. My husband and I just left the Cold Stone Creamery in Allen Park, Michigan on Outer Drive and Southfield at 8:30 pm. We left disappointed because we did not get any service. They had three employees working and not one acknowledged us. We waited in line for almost 10 minutes. Nobody else was in the store other than us.

Customer service was great. The creamery was soft and mushy 👎🏾. Who wants soft cream? Very disappointed. They need to cover the cream or adjust the temperature.
