I had a wonderful time at this nice ice cream shop. Sophia went above and beyond to listen to my requests making the perfect Oreo overload. I will definitely be coming back for this amazing treat as well as the superb customer service.
Ice cream is always great at cold stone unfortunately my customer experience wasn't the best. Cole was not very welcoming. I do not usually leave bad reviews but the experience gave the ice cream a bad taste.
the workers were talking about my order and laughing in front of me in a negative manner, honestly the customer service was less than the bare minimum, coming from someone who works in the service industry i was disappointed. not to mention when we got out ice cream there where huge chunks of cookie dough barley even mixed through. I would not recommend!!
It was my first time at Cold Stone Creamery. I had cookie dough ice cream in a waffle bowl, and I also got ice cream for my girlfriend. It was delicious! The store was clean, and the employee was friendly and communicated very well. We had a great time. I’ll definitely be coming back very soon.
You can never go wrong with Coldstone and this location held that standard
