I visited with my daughter, and while we were initially greeted politely by a staff member (a young woman with black curly hair), the interaction quickly became unpleasant. She appeared visibly unhappy, rushed us through our order, and even made faces while we were deciding. Such an amazing experience at this Cold Stone! They made a cake for my sisters confirmation and it was everything we had asked for ! The girl who took our order, Ximena had great customer service ! Will be ordering more of our cakes here !!
