My experience was unpleasant and unacceptable. I entered Coldstone with my 4 and 2.5 year old sons. As we got in line, an employee shouted at us that they were going on break after serving the customers whom were already in line. There was no “come back in 10 minutes or so,” just a “we’re going on break.” We were forced to leave the store at 4:45 pm on a hot sunny day. I bought two ice cream cones for $12 and the ice cream was awful. My grandson and I thru it away. This is the first time I've had a bad experience at this location. I hope they do better.
My kid loved it and to me it was a renewed experience which I enjoyed thoroughly!
Don’t ask for a milkshake 1 hour before closing, they will come up with a reason not to serve one. Also, some of the staff are very rude.
