Show up sign says they are open until 9pm google says they are open until 9pm I walk in it is 8 pm on the dot and i get told sorry they are closed. Horrible customer service. If your hours have changed you should post them.

I’ve been to this location before normally the staff is great. I will start off with there was a young lady in there and she was very friendly, polite, respectful, and apologetic. My fiancé and I came on 10/1 and there were two workers and we ordered our ice cream. We went up to pay and had a gift card and the guy working just turned it away without showing us it didn’t work.
