I’ve been to this location before normally the staff is great. I will start off with there was a young lady in there and she was very friendly, polite, respectful, and apologetic. My fiancé and I came on 10/1 and there were two workers and we ordered our ice cream. We went up to pay and had a gift card and the guy working just turned it away without showing us it didn’t work. We walked in and the girl was sitting in her chair in the entryway tying her shoes. She did not wash her hands after. We were never addressed. The other girl comes out wandering around with headphones in. They continued on to talk badly about another coworker and how the girl that was tying her shoes didnt want to work with her. Couldn’t even remember my simple ice cream order without asking 4 times

The place looked dirty, tables were not cleaned and the floors seemed like they haven’t been mopped in a while. The staff was not so welcoming and didn’t seem to care much about customer service. This place could use some help. One chest freezer which would normally contain ~12 flavors is empty, with no explanation. A few of the tubs in the other freezer are empty. There are about 9 flavors to choose from. And on the plus side, the ice cream tastes decent! 🎉 Having driven 7 miles to get here, we each settled on something doable, when our preferred flavors weren't available.
