The last couple of times I've visited, the girls have been just wonderful with my kids! Yesterday, the girl who helped us was all by herself and handled our four orders perfectly—everything was right! The kids were so happy, and I really appreciated her patience and kindness, especially when it came to helping me with my coupon.
Went there and we ordered 2 easy cups. Due to talking with someone, it was assumed they'd be made correctly. Nope, $15.xx and both were wrong. Didn't notice it until we were back on the highway. Do better, that was pathetic.
As a DoorDash driver, I picked up an order from this Cold Stone on April 28th. Right as I arrived, the customer messaged requesting no blueberries in their cheesecake ice cream. I immediately told the two employees, but they gave me a pre-made order and claimed there were no blueberries. I checked in my car, there were blueberries. We LOVE Stone Cold ice-cream but what is going on with all the hatefulness from the girls that work there. We were asked to leave at 8:55 pm because they wanted to clean up to close. We went March 1, 2025. We won't be doing business with Canon City Stone Cold. So many left for the same reasons. The reviews reflect the owner either doesn't care or doesn't know.
Ice cream cake was great! Brusque bordering on rude counter help made me not want to come back.
