Cake batter batter batter was delivered with no brownie, and no cookie dough. Plain vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. Premium price for basic ice cream. Other item of our order had whole Reese cups thrown in the bottom of the cup. Absolutely terrible.

Customer service was terrible and slow. One kid in there was accusing a customer of telling him the wrong thing when it was actually him that messed up the order. The employees greet you when you walk in but the communication after that is super short and they make you feel like you’re annoying them when you’re trying to order. If you can’t do the customer service aspect of a job properly, maybe you should find a different job. I would give no stars if I could.
Got a like it and it was only 2/3 full. 2 more people in my party had the same issue. I do t mind paying for what I ordered but have an issue paying for more than I got. They had to be aware that they were serving less than they were supposed to.
Came out for the first time in years. To say this was the most uncomfortable experience is an understatement. The staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I even asked the girl working tonight’s shift if we did anything to piss her off and she just shrugged at me. All staff just rolled their eyes at us. I suggest this company reconsider who they hire for their business as this requires social skills which they all lacked. 3/1 8:30PM
