You guys have a guy working in there. One should not be working without a hair net and beard net. He is absolutely rude, doesn’t seem like he even wants to work there. You guys need to get rid of him or he will affect your business extremely. No one should he working there with that kind of attitude and to not even acknowledge your customers and is unreal. Also didn’t make what I ordered very well. It was so much ice cream not really any toppings! Pathetic

Got an ice cream cake. They misspelled Bicycle... They spelled it Bicicle....
Cake batter batter batter was delivered with no brownie, and no cookie dough. Plain vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup. Premium price for basic ice cream. Other item of our order had whole Reese cups thrown in the bottom of the cup. Absolutely terrible.
Great service, delicious ice cream. Very fun experience.
