I go to Coldstone for birthdays often. My interactions are normally good. But today, I called to order my son's birthday cake. I was asked to be put on hold and I obliged. Dude was literally licking ice cream off his fingers while making my order
That is the best ice cream shop in my life. You can make any combination of ice cream and add-ins here They have literally everything
We went on 3/20, should have read reviews. The service was SLOW. They were too worried about getting online orders done VS the 15 people in store. It took us 30 minutes and only three people were in front of us. Neither the girl nor guy were wearing hair nets regardless of the fact he had his braids/dreads dangling in his face. Neither wore gloves. The girl rubbed her nose and then proceeded to put her hands directly into the ice cream cooler.
