Cold Stone Creamery is delicious and this specific store in Warren is absolutely top-notch when it comes to Customer Service! I called in to the store with an urgent special request, and the manager was so friendly and accommodating. She actually went above and beyond, surprising us with a special treat in our DD delivery that absolutely made the night for my nieces and nephews! I go to Coldstone for birthdays often. My interactions are normally good. But today, I called to order my son's birthday cake. I was asked to be put on hold and I obliged. I heard a whole conversation and was forgotten on hold. I hung up and called back several times. The call went to a messageevery time. This went on for at least an hour.
