I don’t imagine it’d be particularly hard to serve ice cream, but these kids made it seem like it was. My ice cream was melting and dripping out of the cup by the time it hit the counter, while the girl who put it there was very curt and seemed to not want to be there. Thankfully the girl who rang us up was very nice, and makes me feel ok giving cold stone a single star. Was you guys’s cold countertop off? Seriously, what was wrong with yall tonight?
Incredibly unprofessional. Service was horrible I walked in and got the stink eye like I was hated for existing. No due dates on their refrigerated items. No talking to the customer. Food was ok at best
Always friendly service and a great sweet treat spot. They hire young adults (this shouldn't be a surprise) and sometimes you get the young adult employee experience, but it's important to treat them with kindness as for some this is their first venture into the job world. The owner is a really friendly guy with fantastic customer service skills and attitude, he works fast, cares for the customers, and isn't afraid to jump in and get to work when it gets busy. I just don't understand why when I order a kids cone they put the scoop of ice cream in a bowl and then just stick the cone on top like a decoration. Then I have to make the cone myself. Why am I making my kids cone myself? And then they ask for a tip when I cash out. For what? You didn't even make the ice cream cone i asked for
