Zero stars. Don’t believe the positive reviews. The business can ask friends and family to leave reviews to boost the score. I took my grandson. There have been new owners since at least 2025. They raised prices, give very little ice cream compared to the previous owner and are not friendly. The place looked dirty - again it was as clean with the previous owners. I took my grandson to Kroger and Washtenaw Dairy for a better treat for the money.

We come often, this is the best Coldstone around!
Great ice cream. Love coming here with the kids. customer service is nice as well.
