My "love it" shake was so thin and runny.... absolutely NOT worth the 7-8 they cost. Definitely did the opposite of "love it," I kinda wanted to throw it! It was that sad of a drink. I do like cold stone normally..... 😩 but the shakes are just a big cup of milk.
Came here last week. Ordered s’more coffee ice cream. The marshmallows were hard and stale. Came back this week and mentioned the stale marshmallows and said I was unhappy with that and want marshmallows that aren’t hard and stale. He gave me some old, hard, stale marshmallows again. What an awful awful experience we ordered a Spider-Man themed cake for my girlfriend’s sons 5th birthday when I picked it up mind you we ordered it 10 days in advance the owner tried to give me the cake with no writing on it and when I asked he said oops and ran back with the cake and then came back and said they didn’t have the color we requested for the cake and asked if pink icing was ok for the writing and I was in disbelief and said no it’s for a 5yr old little boy and he went back and was able to find the color.
