Very disappointed! We ordered a custom ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday party. After waiting 10 minutes when I first arrived, for them to write the wording on the cake, they handed me the wrong cake. I waited another 25 minutes for them to frost the “correct cake” and was assured it was my cake. However, after cutting into this cake we quickly realized that it was not the correct cake.
