Went there with family since it's usually a good spot for allergies. Ordered dairy free ice cream with peanut butter. Normally they have great allergy awareness and prepare the dairy free ice cream away in a separate container. This time that didn't happen as we saw and had it remade, but then the employee put caramel instead of peanut butter in, which looked the same on the ice cream but obviously full of dairy. Unfortunately we didn't catch it, so needed emergency meds for a severe allergic reaction. Can't recommend.
My boyfriend and I came here for our first date night treat! They have many different options and the customer service is great! They give you a lot of ice cream! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you!
Always a joy, to be honest I don't even mind the lines. Staff are great as well.
