Jessica was very helpful with a low sugar option for my mom who is diabetic. She was fantastic
I had so much hope that this ice cream place would be good, but it was blan the ingredients were not mixed well, I couldn’t even taste the flavor that I wanted. My ice cream did not look like the picture and it was sloppy, I’m very disappointed never will I come back here again.
Great ice cream creations
I made an order at 8:30 am this morning for delivery for a ice cream taco and another ice cream. It was supposed to be delivered at 12:15. I had surgery and can't drive, otherwise I would have picked it up when they opened. At 12:15 I got a message that my order was cancelled. No explanation, just a text that it was cancelled and to call the store. I called the store and was told very rudely and abruptly that the ice cream taco was sold out. I ordered at 8:30! The Vacaville store had always been awesome, but on June 11, 2025 I had to go in last minute. The employee Keona was awesome! Gove get a raise!!!
