madison was really nice. been here quite a few times and friendly helpful staff! however, tonight there was a young boy working who yelled at an employee and called her “ole miss” (or something like that) and told her to “get outta here, go wash the dishes in the back” while he was standing around doing nothing. when we told him he could be nicer he laughed and stayed “i’m the manger”. classes young boy harassment that isn’t being addressed properly. he they continued to chat with a friend for the rest of the time we were th... read more
Great service with yummy ice cream!
Haven’t been to a Coldstone in forever but since I was in the neighborhood I thought I would give it a go. Huge portions, delicious flavor and strangely enough, the girl who was serving us was the most memorable part. Asked questions, offered samples, and was just a genuinely nice person. If we lived here we would be back again
The young lady who served me was extremely sweet! And the ice cream was great!
