Goldstone itself is good. We spent 45 minutes waiting before being able to order. It was not a long line either. The 2 girls working just were talking and laughing instead of getting stuff done quickly. We saw probably 25 people leave because it was taking too long. (They all arrived after us and left because the girls were so slow) Great Ice cream! But very slow service.
Place is the best .. we go here every weekend .. Banana ice cream with Oreos and caramel is the best.
The new website/app has been changed and is terrible to try and navigate! You cannot create your own anymore you only have a choice of choosing one of the signature ones?? Hope this can get fixed soon, as we order on the app all the time for pic ups.
Rough! Took forever. The 2 workers were gigling at the register, taking forever. They would leave to go to the back for a while. They dropped my ice cream in the coffee Ice creme and just fished it out, and I found nuts in my ice cream when I didn't order any. They both were taking forever! It was not good. The ice cream made me sick as well. Health and safety concerns.
