Workers are lazy. I walk in at 8:55, (close at 9) door open and plenty of other customers enjoying to order. After looking at the flavors, I was ready to order, and the worker says “Sorry we’re already closed” Terrible service. Highly recommend the Mcdonald’s soft serve across the street.
The ice cream was tasty, but we arrived at 7:45 PM and the chairs and tables were already stacked up inside and there was no place to sit and eat our ice cream. As we stood eating our ice cream we saw other people come out with their ice cream having no place to sit. If you say you’re open till 830 the chairs and tables should remain available for the Patrons. I find that service is very bad!!
Brandon was great, he has great customer service and even after having a long line of people he took care of it fast and in a professional manner. The I cream he made was amazing we loved it
if this is real ice cream it's awful
It's expensive ice cream. 😑 Won't buy here anymore.
