June went above and beyond at Cold Stone Oxnard — he opened the shop after hours just to make sure we got our ice cream. That level of customer service is rare. Highly recommend this location!
Generally speaking ice cream is one of my favorite Things but every time I go in here, the workers seem to make it extra special
We ordered a cake back in June to celebrate and there was an issue with the online order. The manager quickly stepped in and made a possible disaster into a great experience! Even with the few hiccups, he corrected everything with ease and did so within great reasonable time! I appreciate his dedication and kindness. The cakes were amazing, Thanks again for all of your help with making our special day complete !
