Customer service here is neglectful at best, and shady at worst. Only had one staffer handling customers by themself. While the manager idly stood by. Once the ice cream was made she did ring me up, and this is where things got strange. I was provided a janky card terminal to process payment. Through my own negligence, and the poor quality of the terminal with small text, I accidentally tipped a large sum thinking that I was requesting cash back. Ayo this Coldstone be straight soon as I walked in it was spotless like fr you could eat off the floor (but don’t ) Vibes was on point super clean and mad chill Staff? Hella friendly came thru with that “what’s good” energy not no fake customer service voice made me feel like I been part of the crew and the ice cream? Bussin that mix game strong on the cold slab no cap. 10/10 def slidin back soon

A great location among a lot of restaurants. As always, we enjoyed a delicious cup of ice cream. We also appreciated the service
This place is alright. For some reason it feels like every time I've gone here the ice cream hasn't looked good, or really tasted that good. Always just one person out front working, not really much in the store either. It just feels sad to come inside. I wouldn't recommend stopping here. You can get ice cream anywhere else.
