This cake is unacceptable, this cake had only one layer instead of two, had no base so we had to cut it inside the box. I went to the store and talked to the manager to ask for a refund and she said that they will call me back to get a refund and they never did....cake ordered on 6/27/2026

Delicious ice cream, went in today, got greeted by a very kind worker, made my day with the convo we had and he was very caring about my experience. I will come back.

I stopped by Cold Stone recently, and overall it was an average experience. The ice cream itself was good, but the mixing could have been better. Some of the mix-ins ended up clumped together instead of being evenly distributed, and even though I ordered strawberry, there wasn't much strawberry syrup to be found. On the bright side, I did get the biggest strawberry I've ever seen—it looked like it had just come out of the freezer, but it was still a fun surprise! I’ll give two stars for still having good ice cream but this store needs some help. The phone is always on ‘user busy’ and you can never actually call them. Makes sense as a business in the food/dessert industry right.. lol but secondly, a training on how to do correct sizes is needed I guess. If you order through door dash on a sample size it’s pretty clear that yes, it’s a small size. Obvious and fine. But to receive a legit sample spoon size of ice cream that’s less than half a full bite was pretty shocking. My sweet toot... read more

Super frustrating to order an $8 ice cream that is supposed to have Kit Kats and heath bars in it… barely had anything, this is what I got, basically paid for vanilla ice cream. Had to stop at the gas station and buy Kit Kats and heath bars to put it in. Won’t be back
