I’ll give two stars for still having good ice cream but this store needs some help. The phone is always on ‘user busy’ and you can never actually call them. Makes sense as a business in the food/dessert industry right.. lol but secondly, a training on how to do correct sizes is needed I guess. If you order through door dash on a sample size it’s pretty clear that yes, it’s a small size. Obvious and fine. Super frustrating to order an $8 ice cream that is supposed to have Kit Kats and heath bars in it… barely had anything, this is what I got, basically paid for vanilla ice cream. Had to stop at the gas station and buy Kit Kats and heath bars to put it in. Won’t be back
My sister and I have been coming almost every month as the ice cream is very tasty! but everytime we go, there are always these 2 employees who always seem to be in a bad mood, they do greet us but during mix ins, they barely ask or confirm on what you want and have such mean looking faces. It seems like they do not want to be there and it makes us feel bad for even ordering in the first place.
Today was a great experience thanks to Eli: he helped us try new flavors, suggested good combos, and was overall very friendly
I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience today wasn’t the best. The ice cream was great, but the customer service could have been better. We waited about 7–10 minutes to be helped despite the store being completely empty, and all three employees came out from the back at the same time after we had already been waiting to be tended to. While the wait itself wasn’t extremely long, it didn’t leave the best impression.
