I live to come to this shop with my girls. The service is wonderful and we live to eat in. It is pleasant, clean,and welcoming. Ice cream options are endless
Just picked up a $50 birthday cake I ordered online - counter girl was rude - basically tossed my cake on the counter - I said “Can I see it?” She either didn’t hear me or chose not to listen. She asked do you want a bag? Ummm why wouldn’t I want a bag to help carry the big cake? She shoved it into the bag hurriedly / I hope the decoration wasn’t messed up - the staff need to learn to have a customer friendly attitude. Kinda rude overall.
Came on the 4th and the young lady was the only one working but she was quick and friendly the entire time. Kudos to her for giving excellent customer service
Pricey but they do have great ice cream cakes
