Ice cream wasn’t what I had ordered guy taking my order walked away while taking my order then proceeded to throw order at me extremely rude individual should not be allowed to do customer service this was my family’s first experience at cold stone unfortunately it will be our last maybe the wife and kids will change their mind but unfortunately my children are not comfortable going for ice cream
We ordered a large rectangle cake. The layer of ice cream was so thin and barely frozen. The candy pieces were are cracked and broken. The frosting looked Ike a child played in it. I called the store and was told the owner would call me back. I never received a call. I will never order from this location again. Do yourself a favor and go the 50th west location.
The best ice cream I have ever had ! I just love the vanilla bean with roasted almonds and dark cherry mix yum yum I have this every time I go in .
I ordered on Uber eats a tube of ice cream and the ice cream was not blended in and huge pieces of candy where not even crushed it was not mixed as it usually is. When calling I spoke with Cayenne “like the pepper” so they said that is apparently the manager. They had attitude and said it was made correctly. Poor customer service and surprised how unprofessional the manager is. Will be contacting corporate.
