The quite and seemingly nice Indlian lady behind the counter scooped so little to "mix" for a "Love It" which is an 8oz size. The amount was so little after she put the mixture into the cup that she sheepishly went back to scoop just a little more just to add on directly right on top---to make an even and flat cup. If she didn't add that last little unmixed scoop, the 8oz cup will be concave, not even flat. We usually received a heaping cup for the Love It size at any other locations. This place cheapened their customers.
Monday July 21 at ~3:40 PM. If I could give my experience ZERO STARS, I would. We entered the store in anticipation of trying the ice cream taco. We're informed they're sold out....but ice cream, sprinkles, and a waffle iron are all visible. Note: We were the only customers in the store for the entire experience. No offer was made to make one. Wasnt as generous as normal but it dure was tasty. Give them a try.
They close early. 9:45. It's ice cream not a hot grill to clean up for 1 single scoop of ice cream. Not toppings...as I wrote this review there are still other employees inside.
I did an online order in the Wegmans parking lot and drive the short distance to Cold Stone. They had my order done 10 minutes earlier than expected. Of course, it was delicious as always!
