What's the point in placing an online order a week ago for a cake to be picked up at 2 pm, I arrive at 6 pm and it's not even ready? They pull one out of the freezer to then write on it. They're lucky it wasn't a custom cake
I purchased a large size cake for a birthday and when I went to eat my piece, there was a long hair sticking out of it still stuck in the inside part of the cake. Clearly fell in there while the cake was being assembled. It was disgusting. I can’t believe I paid that much money for a cake that had someone’s hair in it. Tried the new red velvet and it was great! My boyfriend got the birthday cake remix and it's still one of his favorites!
These girls are so fast pace workers responsible and got my ice cream out in less than 5 minutes
I ordered a coffee with chocolate shavings and a mint with chocolate chip. The mint cup is fine, but the coffee tasted of freezer burn and the shavings were waxy. I have to say the trust is gone.
