Ice cream is always great but the girls working here were miserable. It's an ice cream shop not a morgue. Not welcoming at all, very short with customers and just overall devoid of any sense of customer service. Didn't feel like the bathroom or sitting areas were very clean either.
Inconsiderate and bad experience for me. Tried to order a cake from here on uber eats. They don’t have it in stock I guess, but they called me to inform that they be swapping it with sandwiches which I denied and asked for a refund. They said they can cancel the order but won’t be processing my refund. Terrible way to force me buy stuff that I don’t want.
The nicest girls work here! So helpful went above and beyond to help us!
Love the Pistachio ice cream ! Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
