Great experience! I shopped for ice cream cake here twice, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The cakes were delicious!
The employees are very welcoming and friendly. I wish they would have a wider variety of flavors, but it doesn't matter because I love my regular flavor chocolate cake batter! I appreciate that they are conscious of cross contamination with nuts and when informed, they take care of you. Kudos 👏
Ice cream is always great but the girls working here were miserable. It's an ice cream shop not a morgue. Not welcoming at all, very short with customers and just overall devoid of any sense of customer service. Didn't feel like the bathroom or sitting areas were very clean either.
