Absolutely terrible experience. We went in and a bunch of kids were behind the counter and it wasn’t that busy. One of the boys made my cone and it was perfect. Another girl who seemed like she was struggling to do anything made the other cone and it had barely anything in it and was not the order we asked for. When I asked and said they were supposed to be the same size we got looked at like we were in the wrong. They just sat there and stared at us. Will most likely next come back to that location.
The three team members working tonight did an outstanding job! Even though it was very busy, they kept the line moving quickly and handled everything with great efficiency and professionalism. Really impressed with the service.
We went for the taco, and they told us they were “out of them for the day” and that “they could only make a certain amount in a day” which is funny because I know that they are made fresh every time. I have a feeling they just didn’t want to make them…
