Even tho it was really busy they still have great service!
This year visits have been way worse than usual. Some workers have been rude and rushing me and even missing mix ins which their colleague had to fix for them. They didn’t listen to anything being asked about wanting to buy a cone and kept repeating “cash or card” like a broken record. That same bad worker let one person hold a spot in line for around 8 other people to cut and order separately then has the nerve to rush a patiently waiting customer. Customer service has been poor recently from some employees.
I came in with my 3 kids and was helped by Jennifer! My kids were being crazy and it took me forever to get my Apple Pay to work which was the only form of payment i had, and she was so patient. I was so embarrassed but she was so kind and helpful! I will definitely be back because of her!
Went into the Visalia store to purchase ice cream for my grandson with a gift card he earned at school. Upon checking out, we requested to have the balance of what was left on the card to be given back in cash, as per California Civil Code Section 1749.5, which mandates that any gift card with a remaining balance of less than $15 (i.e., $14.99 or less) must be redeemable for cash upon the holder's request.
