I came in to get a large tub with half-and-half of two signature ice cream flavors. The staff was very friendly and mentioned there would be an upcharge for splitting the tub, which I was completely fine with paying. However, after paying an extra $6 for the split, I opened the tub at home only to realize they had only packed one flavor instead of the two I asked and paid for. Very disappointing to pay extra for a specific order and not receive what was paid for.
