The costumer service here is horrible, they leave a bunch of teens/young people alone. No manager to properly respond for anything.. I had stopped going due to that.. I was driving to Miramar to get my ice cream.. but tonight I tried it again, and it was worst! The girl took such huge portions of IceCream, mixed them up and then threw away 1/2 of it.. meaning that the portion of IceCream in my cups had 1/2 the mix-ins.. why mix the whole thing to throw away.. They mess up a birthday cake and then it's hard to get a response. Once you finally do they try to blame it on you. It's not my fault you're employees can't read each other's handwriting. Why lie saying somebody tried to call when nobody did?? And why would I get a cake without "Happy Birthday". I bought the cake for my mom for her birthday and she didn't like it that much because of the mess up. Will have to get the cake somewhere else next time.
