Avoid ordering online! Horrible experience this past weekend. Ordered a birthday cake 5 days in advance, only to show up to pickup the cake and it was not there nor available. When I asked the employee(Pranav) what happened, he said he wasn't sure and he couldn't find the order. When I asked him to check the system again, he said he checked the back and it wasn't there. I am a huge fan of Cold Stone, but they are not all created equal. The ingredients are the same, and the locations may be set up similarly. However, it is the employees that truly make the difference. Haliot definitely made a HUGE impact on our experience tonight! He was attentive and accommodating to our requests.
