We just had the best cake from cold stone I love the coffee cake not much stores carry it any more .
Ordered ice cream , got ice cream soup 👎 Not to mention, the service was pretty bad I asked for a topping on the ice cream and the worker was rolling her eyes.
The owner is the only one who can cancel orders and refuses to do so and is never in the business and does reply to team members when texted. Tried canceling my order for three days and still nothing. Also I ordered a bluey cake on their website and they don’t even make bluey cakes or specialized cakes at this location. The owner needs to stop being cheap and hire an actually manager.
