We stopped coming to this location due to how many times they would get an order wrong when we did online ordering. We decided to try it again and 3 out of 4 ice creams were wrong. I called and asked to speak to the manager so i didn’t have to repeat my self, was told the manager wasn’t in so half way thru me telling a worker what was going on, a woman answered. Terrible experience at the Cold Stone at John Gordan Lane. The employee(young woman,dark hair) touched my ice cream with the palm of her hand while putting the lid on—completely unsanitary. When I asked her to remake it, she did—but gave me less ice cream than I originally ordered. I was the only customer there, so there was absolutely no excuse for the carelessness or poor attitude. I won’t be returning.

The owner & manager of this store LEFT one employee at the store on her first day. She was amazing & kept it together as best as she could on a Friday! This was terrible of this owner & manager.
