I just left with my family from the Cold Stone in High Point. We're standing on line waiting to be served. A woman cuts my family on line. When the manager asked the woman what she wanted. I stated that my family was next in line to served. The manager with a rude tone stated the line started on the opposite end, which is not what the sign says when you walk into the shop.
