Waited 20 minutes for melted ice cream. We wanted cookie dough ice cream but the freezer on the front was broken and we couldn't see that the cookie dough ice cream was only cookie dough flavored and did not actually have cookie dough in it. When I inquired to the employee, she just looked at me with a blank face and said, "That iiiiis cookie dough ice cream." Ariel is the girl who helped us today! Unfortunately we did not have a good experience my husband asked for a like it and he was given a love it and and I asked for a love it and received a like it. I was told it was already made nothing they could do. And the ice cream is melted. I used to work at a coldstone as a manager and the cooler wasn’t even turned off.
