Went here on Thursday at 1030pm and stood waiting maybe 10 minutes to place an order. I mean it was weird I was greeted and then the cashier disappeared. Pretty rude I must say. Originally my rating for this location was 4 stars now it is 1 star.
Pulled into the parking lot at 10:15 and they turned the lights off and locked the door. There were people at the counter... Not very classy.
Mohamed is the best!! He was able to accommodate a last minute cake order and was extremely helpful and kind
Waiting a while for ice cream while two workers stood around on their phone
The workers were not good and looked very unprofessional. His hands were still wet from washing his hands and he barely added my topping mix in. Then the counter he was mixing the ice cream in was so dirty it had remaining of other toppings and when i said i had an allergy he looked at me and continued mixing my icecream on the counter with with topping where it could have been cross contaminated. Not going to lie the workers looked like they skip class for no reason and only got a job to buy sp5der hoodies.
