The lady at the counter was very nice but I found two hairs in my ice cream. The workers should definitely have their hair up.
Ice cream is good but cmon $10 something for a love it and it’s not even to the rim of the cup? It’s like half way full. I get it they had one worker making the ice creams and a long line but not fair for me to pay for a bigger size and not get the amount I’m paying for.
Had a great experience here at this Cold Stone. The worker Ilenia gave the most amazing customer service! Her interaction with my family absolutely made our day! She is very sweet and kind and has a heart of gold. We live in Chula Vista but my family will make the drive just to come to this Cold Stone to interact with Ilenia!
