Aden and Sienna were slammed on Sunday night. Looked like a group of about 10 men just got served which caused quite a lineup. BUT the kids were so nice. They kept their cool, worked hard, and kept on task. And even was very polite to say "thank you for your patience." Great ice cream! Great service!!
Wow. Worst experience ever at a Coldstone. I ordered the new blueberry muffin flavor and Jello banana cream pudding flavor. Without asking me, the worker just started combining them. Then said, “you wanted them combined right?” I said, “No that wasn’t what I expected.” She replied, “Well that’s what we do here.” She did not offer to redo it. My friend ordered two flavors as well. We were SO excited to hear that we had a Cold Stone Creamery near us! We, as a family, absolutely LOVE ice cream — let’s just say that we are ice cream connoisseurs! Well, my boys were in the mood for ice cream, so I went to get it for them.
