Paid for ice cream in an online order and went to pick it up. When I get there they let me know that they are out of that item. They then tell me they can’t refund me because nobody knows how to do it😂. So I got to go back a different day just to get my money back. Basically got jumped by cold stone.
Found a magnet in my ice cream, told one of the workers about it and didn’t care and looked at me like I was crazy
Best ice cream in town. Top notch customer service as well.
Shake is delicious but staff did not look very put together.
Got a "packed" quart and paid $15.... so disappointed when I gor home wasn't fully packed. Girl who was even packing was not happy I ordered it. For how much I paid I expected it to be full.... but I guess not cold stone they pack it 3/4 full....
