I am beyond furious with the so-called “customer service” I received from your employee Emma. Let’s start with the fact that my order — over $100 worth of food — was handed off to a DoorDash driver without even ensuring the dasher confirmed the order. That order was stolen, and instead of my children enjoying a treat, I was left dealing with a mess your store created. Kind staff and good ice cream! It's a bit overpriced but I think that's par for the course when it comes to ice cream shops like this.
