This location doesn’t have an employee problem, it has a management problem. Me personally, I have complained about Emma before. Even tonight I said something about how she has been rude during every encounter I’ve had with her. When the same customer has to raise the same concern more than once, that says everything. I had a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery in Gresham! I visited with my family and kids, and even though the store was busy, the service was outstanding. Leah B truly made our visit special. She was patient, friendly, and took the time to listen to my kids and make sure their orders were exactly how they wanted.
