Everytime I come to this location they never have waffle bowl or cones!Ever
I have been to this property twice and the two lady workers have handmade signs and never are able to make anything. I know the establishment is good, but this location needs new staff.
The ice cream was really good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Also was told by the employee “thanks for the tip but I don’t get it, I only get cash tips”. We had no idea this was the case (there was no sign) and now are wondering where the electronic tips go?? Disappointing experience.
Jakhi and Amani were amazing . Great customer service and professional. They went above and beyond for the simple things and made this a please experience, especially Amani promote her if not to management. Great job ladies !!
