While trying to use a $5 off coupon, I added 2 waffle cones that they didn’t have. I thought that they were in the bag only to get home to nothing. A bunch of kids running this location. sn:Good help is hard to find.
Ja’khi and Amani were amazing . The best customer service ever and I would definitely recommend coming when they’re working. If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. Please keep them on board because you will definitely continue to get my money. Thanks for the great customer service and being patient with us!
Everytime I come to this location they never have waffle bowl or cones!Ever
I have been to this property twice and the two lady workers have handmade signs and never are able to make anything. I know the establishment is good, but this location needs new staff.
The ice cream was really good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Also was told by the employee “thanks for the tip but I don’t get it, I only get cash tips”. We had no idea this was the case (there was no sign) and now are wondering where the electronic tips go?? Disappointing experience.
