I come here every week spend 40$ on 2 everybody's gallon ice cream. By the time I get home I see that each are missing about a bowl or 2 of ice cream each.
After waiting a very long time because there was only one girl working another girl who looks like she hates her job came in. She came in with gallons of milk from somewhere else. I asked for a kids size birthday cake remix and she proceeded to rudely let me know that the kids size was half the size of the like it. I told her i was fine with that because thats all i can eat anyway but after that she went to the back to get my ice cream, when there was ice-cream in the front. The ice cream is amazing, very delicious, However the staff is so rude, especially a tall guy, we can tell that he hates this job
Ordered online ahead. 4 ice creams. Was supposed to be ready at 8:30, and at 9pm we were told we were in bottom of line for take out. Meanwhile people were walking in and getting their orders taken and filled. I'll never order ahead here. Terrible service
