I don't know who the management is recently but over the last few years the customer service and the quality of products is definitely going down. I won't even go to this store anymore because it's gotten so bad. Do yourself a favor and find another ice cream spot.
The used to acknowledge you when you walked in the door "hello welcome to Cold Stone" So today 8/16 approximately 2pm I come in walk up to the counter the young lady never acknowledged my existence. Continued scraping icecream from a container. The manager comes from the back again I'm not acknowledged. Finally she asks what I wanted. When I paid she dropped my loose change on the counter. Very poor service
