We love Cold Stone but the Tooele store does not serve the quality we are accustomed to. The ice cream is always soupy. The workers are always new. The store is dirty. Better places in Tooele for our ice cream fix.
Ordered their new Mangonada Milk Shake via Doordash. It arrived missing two of the main ingredients. Whipped topping and mango boba. How the hell can the store think it's okay to send this half-assed shake to a customer? I called the store to see what they could do. They offered to make another one but I would have to come pick it up. I am not able to come pick it up. Why the hell do you think I ordered it through Doordash?! Es el mejor pastel helado de chocolate que he comido! Además de que el el personal de la tienda fue muy amable. Sin duda recomendado.
After having this issue far too many times, decided to leave a review. Most of the time we order here the toppings aren’t even mixed into the ice cream and when orders are placed online you pick up a bowl of ice cream soup. We ordered yesterday and drove around while we waited for our order pick up time. When my husband picked it up, both ice creams were melted. Way too expensive of a treat to be made with half effort and let sat out to melt. We decided to no longer go here.
