The workers here are always very sweet & patient. Especially when you don’t know what to order with all the options they have and they let you try the icecream first to make sure that’s what you want. The icecream here is very good and enjoyable and the store is well maintained and clean.

We tend to see people trying every flavor or having decision paralysis when there’s 10 people in line and only one person staffing the counter. The staff does a decent job to be kind and accurate, but they’re chronically understaffed and with that kind of customers it’s impossible to be fast so service suffers.

This Coldstone was NOT clean, it was run down, and the store was out of several items to create my menu items. Would NOT go back.

We went to this Cold Stone Creamery to get a treat on my husband’s birthday. My husband loves Cookie Dough Ice Cream, but when we went to order the container was empty. We asked the employee if they had anymore and he said no and that they were all out. We said ok and ordered something else. As we were paying, another employee who was right there when we asked about the cookie dough ice cream brought out another full container. Seriously.
