Delicious ice cream and the young people that work there are kind, friendly and did a great job under busy conditions.
Very disappointing experience. The wait time was unacceptable. There were only two employees working, and one of them seemed to prioritize DoorDash orders instead of helping the customers who were waiting in the store. I waited 40 minutes for a single ice cream. The customer in front of me finally received his ice cream, but the employee disappeared into the back before handing it over. By the time they came back, the ice cream had melted. I love this place I've always come here as a kid.
I love the vibe I get from this place! Carter was amazing! Tried to make sure if we wanted to try any samples and just kept checking! The staff was amazing overall!
