I love this place I've always come here as a kid.
I love the vibe I get from this place! Carter was amazing! Tried to make sure if we wanted to try any samples and just kept checking! The staff was amazing overall! Ice cream is pretty good but a little expensive for my tiny missionary budget. I have visited a few times.

The way this place is run is frustrating. As mentioned in several reviews, it’s chronically understaffed. The employees themselves deserve a lot of credit. They stay patient, kind, and work really hard even when they’re clearly overwhelmed. There are times when a single employee is expected to run the entire store. The real issue is management not providing enough support or staffing. They need to take better care of their staff and hire enough people to actually run the business properly.
