We went to this Cold Stone Creamery to get a treat on my husband’s birthday. My husband loves Cookie Dough Ice Cream, but when we went to order the container was empty. We asked the employee if they had anymore and he said no and that they were all out. We said ok and ordered something else. As we were paying, another employee who was right there when we asked about the cookie dough ice cream brought out another full container. Seriously.
Pésimo servicio una sola persona atendiendo como para hacer los helados de las personas que van a comprar como las personas que van a retirar los deliverys hacen esperar mas de 20 minutos y no tienen todos los ingredientes que pide el cliente. No lo recomiendo
Went in the other night with my fiance and they were highly understaffed! My ice cream was also soupy and overall not enjoyable! The workers were messing around in the back while there was a line full of customers that only one girl was helping! I also noticed a gross smell coming from the back that stunk up the whole store!
I went in for 2 scoops of ice cream in a sugar cone. We'll it turns out you can't get that at cold stone. You have to get a "size. So I asked the girl helping me to just give me the smallest size but, use two flavors. That seemed to confuse her, and she said she couldn't do it. Didn't say why. When you go to Faars, or leatherbys and ask for 2 soops in a cone, that's what you get. 1 star for management 5 stars are only for Ellie! She was the ONLY one working on a Friday night! It was her 4th day! She did great! Management needs to be better at scheduling people and coming in themselves if needed.
