Terrible customer service at this location. They cheat you out of your order — I paid for an 8 oz cup and received just one small scoop of ice cream. Staff were dismissive and unhelpful when I pointed it out. This is by far the worst Cold Stone Creamery experience I’ve ever had.
Ice cream wasn’t even mixed with the ingredients. I got the cookie mintster, and there was only oreo crumbs sprinkled on top. Same with the other ice cream I ordered. Nothing was mixied just sprinkled on top.. I door dashed so next time I’ll b just go so they can’t rip me off.

Super disappointed! Online it says they close at 10PM. I drove over 20 minutes to get here at 9:35PM and be told they close at 9:30PM. When I asked it says online you close at 10PM the girl said sorry and kept cleaning and putting everything away. This is absurd, if you’re going to close at 9:30, then update your hours or at least lock the doors. I don’t understand why you would false advertise your hours! Never coming to this place again.
