3/22 9:30pm. The only guy that was working this night was rude & mad because I asked him can he add a lid to my cup of ice cream. He then slams the cup of ice cream down when giving it to me. Which was weird all because I asked for a lid. Never had an issue coming here before. There’s no telling what he did to my ice cream while his back was turned putting the lid on just because he was upset. I tossed it out the window. No thank you.

When I asked about the Oreo Cookie ice cream sandwiches. You simply smiled and went to check! You are a SUPER STAR Leo! Cold Stone Creamery Palm Harbor is simply the best! And they hire the best staff like Leo!
The past couple times I’ve gotten the cookie ice cream sandwiches from the case they have tasted like dirt. Like someone went outside and rubbed them in soil. Will not be buying them anymore. This place needs new staff and to pay attention to their products.
Definitely subpar everything. Absolutely not worth the money. Long wait.
