terrible customer service.
The ice cream tasted so weird. I got the chocolate brownie and it was the worst. Like the flavor was so odd and I’ve gotten this before at a different location plenty of times so I know how it’s supposed to taste. Unfortunately when I was driving is when I got to try it and immediately wanted to turn back to get my money back, but I couldn’t because I had to go to work. Honestly if I could give it a 0 I would.
Customer service was good but the ice cream itself was odd. It was already melted in the freezer and the texture was gluey.
